Paid TV+ subscription does not work

I have paid for the TV+ subscription on my iPhone, but it keeps asking me to do that (iOS says I already have subscription available). When I try to go to the Help Center, it displays the cookies message, but no Accept button (on iPhone 12 mini), so could not get to the Help section to try resolving it there and instead writing a review here.

Live TV not working

I wanted to watch a match live but couldn’t play it. Play button was disabled. Also I couldn’t contact for help because I couldn’t go through cookies windows - there was no accept or reject button. It seems like still the app need some improvement
