The app has serious issue

The app do not support multiple users and the customer services does not responding. I payd for the busines plan and the most important advantage g this plan they are not going to refund my pourchase.

NO answers from custom service

I paid for the Premium tariff for the year ahead, wrote to custom service several times - but there is no answer! There are continuous problems in depicting right content in projects, and the most important - that the Reels, which are not shown in Instagram grid, are shown here, in app, which ruins all the feed and makes it impossible to plan correctly other posts!

С новым обновлением прилетело куча лагов. Медиа не загружается нормально (все время крутится значек загрузки). На «вступительном уроке» много обрезаных фраз, видимо, они не помещаются на экране iPhone SE и окончания просто нет, скролл вниз не помогает.
Убрали (из того, что было замечено): редактирование текста поста, выбор хештегов, редактирование и группированием хештегов по темам, просмотр увеличенной картинки поста.
Прямой конкурент латер ком имеет все эти функции.
