Installer App is an application tailored to the needs of certified FIBARO System Installers. Using the app is a more efficient way for remote maintenance and repair of the customers' smart home system.

Ogarnijcie ten temat
Kompletna porażka
Czekałem bardzo długo na wydanie nowej wersji licząc na poprawkę błędu limitującego działanie tej aplikacji na moim telefonie, zgłoszonej oficjalnie do firmy Fibaro, a tu kompletnie nic się nie zmieniło w tej kwestii. Jeśli aplikacja jest promowana na iPhone X i na nim nie działa to dla mnie oznacza totalną kompromitację dla działu marketingu. Z poziomu telefonu nie da się dodać nowych centrali gdyż przycisk zapisz oraz wstecz nachodzą na ikony baterii, zegara itd. Trzeba zamknąć brutalnie aplikację bo nic nie idzie zrobić. Ludzie, ogarnijcie się trochę bo to już jest kpina z ludzi. W odpowiedzi na ten zarzut usłyszałem w jednym z punktów sprzedaży że przecież nie ma problemu bo na tabletach i starszych telefonach działa. Serio? To jest „postęp”? Brak mi słów...

Dziękujemy za opinię. Przepraszamy za zainstniałą sytuację. Problem został zgłoszony i jest już weryfikowany i analizowana jest ścieżka naprawy. Wierzymy, że poprawka zostanie wydana szybko i poprawi sytuację. Jeśli rzeczywiście jest taka możliwość to poprosimy o korzystanie z innego telefonu do czasu wydania poprawki - w ten sposób będziesz mógł wykonywać wszystkie potrzebne czynności.
