Quite a journey…
First the app was great, then it turned into some useless add-bloated monstrosity, and now it is in a probably the best state since really long time. Even the reminders for the paid options are finally well executed. Kudos!

That tool helped scan networks Wi-Fi and you can check speedtest & ping, dns server.
Limited functionality
Its more of a one time network scanner than pinger. You cannot turn on constant monitoring of a given ip or group of ip addresses. It scans, lists devices and stops operation.
If you are troubleshooting specific address than it is useless.
Also for unknown reason it refuses to even try to ping if connected via vpn.
