Perfect app

To be honest, I’m really surprised with the app. It’s very intuitive, with all possible features to help with your travel, all works smoothly without any bugs. Good job!

Do not use FlixBus even as your last resort

This is a company who’s driver almost killed us on the way from Poland to Hungary, left us one stop before our final destination and said that this is the end of the trip and made the whole bus get empty. Was problematic as we had to order taxi which is very expensive in Budapest in order for us to get to our destination which was our final stop according to the ticket and ride schedule. IN Budapest, next FlixBus bus was late by 2.5 hours without any notice given to the passengers, after calling their hotline in Germany (which basically barely speaks English even though it’s international hotline) they weren’t even aware that bus is late or how long it will be late which left all passengers in the dark. FlixBus was informed about these incidents, we asked for compensation as we had to pay out of our pocket for false information that THEIR driver provided to the whole bus. FlixBus’s response to our mail is that they can’t do anything about it and that they thank us for reporting it. This level of unprofessionalism is really hard to achieve yet they managed to achieve it. Highly do not recommend using their services anymore, unless you want to be told “end of the trip” before reaching destination you paid for and their buses being late without any compensation for 2.5 hours.

Terrible support

We lost kid’s backpack around 3 weeks ago inside the bus, where hand luggage. Noticed it in 5 min, but bus already gone, so I filled the form “Lost luggage”. Sent photo, all details, so it was really easy to find it. In two weeks received an answer “Sorry, but we didn’t find it, try to contact lost and found office in Warsaw”. I asked to look again, because it’s sounds stupid. Who needs to pick up kids bag pack with toys? If you are finding stuff, you are going to driver, not to lost and found office, it’s not logical. So I asked did driver check bus when he reached final destination, but letter wasn’t deliver, because “receiver’s mail is full”. Full mail in support ? Than my email was bloc, I can’t send now message again. Company doesn’t care about customers at all, their work it’s just to deliver you from point A to point B, nothing else is not meter. Looks like they don’t check buses at all, so it can be dangerous (imagine I left a bomb in this backpack) or they just decided that if it kid’s stuff, then it doesn’t matter. After this experience with “support” I don’t have any wish to use again this company.
