I would suggest improvements in terms of the application's UI/UX. Marking paid parking zones with color or outline and zone boundaries on the map, as well as adding the "Live Activities" function showing the current parking time and cost. The issue is that I’m being logged out every time quit the app.

Payment methods are not being saved

Even though, I added a payment method at the very beginning when I setup my account, I need to add my card from scratch every time I want to park. My card is available in payment methods when I go into settings, I cannot use it when I try to park.

I was charged but didn’t receive the credited amount. Support was slow and instead of resolving the issue, they implied the problem was on my side - despite clear evidence. Only issued a refund after I mentioned a chargeback. Unreliable and unhelpful experience.
