This is the successor to Form Sumo.

Supercharge your mobile staff with Form Sumo Go. No more paper and clipboards! Design your own forms and inspections to be used by your mobile teams out in the field. Publish lists like corporate phone directories or standard documents.

Our cloud service allows you to create your own customised forms using simple drag and drop. Once the form is created, your team members will see the new form available on their device. The completed forms can be emailed (pdf or html format) or sent automatically to your corporate back office system for automated processing.
