Constantly creating an account

I tried to start an account in this app twice. After I select the location and time zone I have a loading tab with "creating an account" forever and I cant do anything about it. When I refresh the app, it asks me to set up account again. It doesn't allow me to use the same nickname or whatever. Using this app is impossible.
