Transfer from Reus to Barcelona
The trip went well, all agreed was settled. Driver was very nice and took us safely to our hotel door.
Terrible experience
Recently I had the terrible experience with booking a transfer via gettrensfer. Once we’ve landed in our destination airport I got the information that my ride booked 3 months earlier has been cancelled an hour before the scheduled collection time. We were on our way to ski holiday with 4 pair od skis and 4 big suitcases and 2 small kids. Left alone without any help from the carrier. The most unreliable service ever. Moreover I have not received a refund and it’s over a week now. They offered me a refund as a balance for a future use. It’s unnaceptable. How can I risk again being left in such trouble?! I’ve tried to contact them multiple times, but without any response.

It’s a scam. All other ratings are false
The app is a fraud. It charges you immediately, and in next step drivers cancel the trips. After that you are fighting days and weeks for refundation. You won’t have a transfer and you will lose your money. Check their profile on Facebook- you will find only angry users who were cheated.
The worst experience I got in apple store. Apple should investigate it.
