Impossible to start the free trial

There must be a bug, I clicked on start the free trial, chose my preferred plan, can see the active subscription in Apple's settings but I still can't run the app, as it keeps asking me to start my free trial... Maybe it works better on a laptop, on IPad it's a disaster..
