Zero help from customer service

Due to the Covid-19 situation I'm on quarantine, so I could not leave my house and go shopping myself.
I tought that Glovo will be a good alternative, but I've been mistaken. Yesterday I've made an order which costed 154, but I've received stuff for 134, 20 less than it used to be. Moreover, one of the bags was containing wrong products. I've submitted this problem to the customer service and asked for payment of the difference. They said: due to submition of return of unwanted products in Glovo app and refundation of 6,50zł, customer service is not able to do anything further in this case. It means that they're won't give me rest of my money back (they gave me 6,50 of 20). How it is even possible that they are not able to do anything further to solve this problem? Fraud, not recommended, zero help!

Didn’t not receive order after 3 Hours of waiting

I have a very unpleasant situation. I placed an order in the Kebaber restaurant in Krakow. I waited 110 minutes, then I contacted the consultant on the chat to ask if everything was ok. I received the information that yes, the order was updated and it will be in some time. For another 30 minutes, the order status changed to the courier on its way. And after 15 minutes, the order was somehow canceled, I was handed over PLN 5, a lady called and informed that there was a problem on the restaurant's side and my order was transferred to another person. To sum up: I waited for 2 kebabs for 3 hours, during the order I received information from the consultant that everything is ok, only after an hour cancellation with the info that my order was transferred to another person. I need some compensation for this, because for this time I was able to get 3 orders from other uber services, or even a volt. a 5 zlotys and I'm sorry + info from consultants that this system works like that and we can't do it with it, it's not really the case here, because now it's 1:20 am and I haven't eaten the thread yet from 22:00 by this situation.

Order cancelled - Re-order Option not available in IPhone 13 pro

Certainly, Glovo helped a lot in Covid times but the user experience of this application is at worst! The basic function of “Re-Order” is missing in previous orders list. Basically if you are looking for to buy tons of groceries then this app is not for you! Better go get a taxi and collect your groceries from super markets!!! Because choosing 60-70 items from store takes at least 30-40 minutes in app. Once you chose may be your store will be closed or if store cancels your order you have to re-order the same list and have to waste your another 30-45 minutes for the same previous order instead of using Re-order option because that option is not available. Customer representative says it will be resolved within 24 hours but it is never gets resolved. So please if you want to order big list do not order from Glovo!!!! Until they fix this issue!
