I have the same problem. Iwatch cannot connect to camera. On IPhone X app doesn’t work properly? App see the camera but doesn’t show video. How can I get my money back???

I bought this app to control my gopro hero 8 Black using iWatch series 1.
I have latest updates. The watch cannot connect to camera.
I did the same using iPhone 8 and it is working, but on phone I don’t need it, because I have original GoPro app.
Could you give my money back?
