I installed the application in Bali, I paid for the orders in advance, out of 10 orders only two drivers arrived, email addresses do not renew the delivery, I do not recommend to everyone

Very nad availabiloty of drivers compared to uber in European countries and in India

Unfortunately, relying on grab because of rain is a total joke. You May try to find the driver 30 minutes and longer with no success as they do not have priority on the consumers that wait longest. Very annoying. Could not take my child to bday party due to that.

If you are unable to have sufficient drivers then you should probably not to the business or learn how the business is being done by those that do not have this issues.

Unreliable

I ordered grab food delivery and didn’t answer one single phone call from the driver, as a consequence my entire grab account has been suspended including the app. So if you share sensitive data with the app and would like to delete or alternate it you’re not able to do it since your signed off of all the app. There is nothing you can do nor no one to contact since you can’t sign in into your account. This is not a reliable partner to share your data with.
