The game is a good conversion. Works totally fine on iPhone 5s except small framerate drops once in a while. The controls are okay and adjustable. However, I really recommend adding an option to use cheats because they make GTA much more fun and relaxing. I usually play games from this franchise to run, drive around and annihilate everything and it's not really possible without cheats.

I must admit that I’m a bit dissatisfied. This port of Vice City seems to be done in the rush. The controls are clumpy and may cause frustration time to time (aiming system is much worse than in LCS or San Andreas). HUD is not adjusted when Gamevice controller is connected (e.g. the touchscreen controls icons are presented when they shouldn’t be). LCS or San Andreas mobile versions seem to have enhanced textures while this is barely visible in this Vice City port.
Despite the fact that this is a good game in general (good story, great dialogues, characters etc.), comparing to other GTA mobile versions, this is not decent enough. Shame.
If only there was a way to increase car spawn distance
...it would be totally perfect port of an amazing game. Controls are great, graphic are dated but best they could be anyway. Only problem is the very short distance of car appearance which looks not only bad but is also annoying when speeding up the road.
