I can't believe I paid for this

This game on screen shots looks really nice and while playing everything looks great and works as intended. I have no issue with gameplay but oh boy...the story telling and gameplay length is terrible. At star the plot was promising but quickly got repetitive and rather plain. Your in game parents are so generic...even more than Oblivion NPCs. Giving you some random tasks and being mad that you develop your interests. The same goes for other characters, their back story/how you meet them and end stories (more on that later): The mean girl who bullied me was quickly forgotten in next stage and at the end was brought up out of the closet with prompt saying that she had 5 divorces - wtf?! The jock who hit me with the ball and I decided to watch him play, the game decided that that was a sign of affection and made me meet him couple of times with option to kiss him, then his end story said he became an alcoholic - probably cause we shared this one time beer in the park 🤨. The edgy girl who is your friend started normally but then in the next stages forgets that you exist just to completely forget about school cause her boyfriend is stupid and jumped cause she told him to lol. I could describe all of the characters who make no sense but I think you get the point.
And then are end stories that also seem very random and not really connected to what happened in the game. It is like watching a movie and learning about the characters not from the movie but the panflet that was added to the box along with CDs.
But of all of this the most frustrating is gameplay duration. It is only a couple of hours and of course you can reply it as many times as you want but why the game ends after high school?! Couldn't it last longer?? Maybe until you grow old...?

Yeh, so I can't believe I paid for this game. This should cost 1 dollar at most.
