I realy enjoyed playing hearthstone on my IPhone. After the end of the season when you have rank 10 bronze you get a chest right? That’s strange because after i closed the game and turned it on again I have a chest to open( for the end of the month and there are 11 days to let this moth end!)When I lick on this chest the game stops working. For now for me It’s just unplayable. What should I do? I don’t whant to use other devices to log in because it just don’t work! I have HIGH rank so I don’t whant to lose it. BLIZZARD here is my battle tag:SJUZIK#2775
Pay not to lose game. Adults only.

The game is beautiful, great graphics and wonderful music. Very entertaining and exciting. However it is also addictive, through “sunken costs” mechanics. Blizzard’s practices to exhort spending time and money are controversial, to say the least, and I don’t recommend this game to people below 18 years of age or those adults who are prone to addictions or suffering from OCD. I think a suitable warning should be included in game else this is highly unethical.Hearthstone is a game where progress is only made possible by regular and extensive real money investment. If you try to obtain in game currency by grinding you will be punished by endless streaks of defeats that will make the game frustrating. Every expansion Blizzard changes the balance of the game creating nearly unbeatable decks, that require minimum skill, with new cards. Also they make “balancing” changes (fixes and withdrawals of cards) to older decks to make them ineffective. This triggers the necessity to buy new expansions with real life money rather than crafting or trying to obtain cards as a random reward for playing the game. The game balance is increasingly tilting towards favoring a particular unpopular character one season only to make him useless again for several incoming seasons. Replacing old character collection with new one (dusting) comes at severe economical penalty. Thus in Hearthstone it is not enough to P2W, you need to pay not to loose. The game favors players who regularly pay large amounts of money over players who regularly give good quality challenges to other players. This is why the game never reaches it’s full potential.
Not super good

It’s not very good. This game is poorly optimised, and you will have to spend money on it to progress somewhat. This game just flat out is not friendly to new players. It used to be fun but as is it needs more optimisation, it’s also just not that balanced, infinite damage and health combos are still possible and you can die in less than 4 turns depending on who you fight, and this tavern pass thing also seems to be p2w. In general if you want to progress at a reasonable level you need a meta deck and drop money into this. Non meta custom decks are less likely to work reliably. TBH It’s not trash though because the tutorial is fine, the game doesn’t have that many bugs (there are still some), and non-ranked modes are reasonably fun, in simple terms: this game is play to win oriented, not play for fun really
Don’t recommend for new players.

I’m playing this game since 2016 and to be honest most of this time my experience with this game was bad. First of all hearthstone app is crap. To play you have to have newest phone and still it heat like oven and discharge battery in minutes. Also I’m getting disconnected with no reasons. It’s freakin card game and it should be simplified on phone. Next thing it’s if you want to have decent card you need to play for years or have tons of money to spend on card packs. They are expensive and most of the time you get useless cards. Also balance of game makes this game possible to play with only few decks. To make this decks you need expensive cards. If you want to win you need to play with deck that everyone’s playing and that makes this game boring and frustrating.
