Crashes constantly
Terrible product. Application closes for no randomly on iPad Air (12.5.4). On iPad Pro I can’t get it even to launch as my country is not supported - even though I can download and launch it fine on my iPhone with same Apple ID details. Clearly its a common problem but kids are disappointed and I won’t recommend it to anybody…[edit]: fair enough after changing region it starts up only to crash straight away or at any point before getting to actual instructions to build any piece. Still useless on older models/ software (12.5.4)

Hello, bezjaj. Thank you for the feedback. The application determines the region by the region on the device. You should check the region set on your iPad Pro and set the region selected on your iPhone. After that, the application will detect the region correctly and will be available.
In-app purchase not working
Hi Hey Clay Team, I’ve bought the full package already trice and each time I go back to the app the premium content is gone and I need to buy again. The restore option says that there is no content assigned to my account. It’s definitely a bug - I think you should put more effort to test such important features. Moreover, I would like to get a refund for two extra purchases I made for the same content. Thank you

Hello. Thanks for your feedback. Please contact support@hey-clay.com and we will help you. Also, to restore the purchase after reinstalling the application, you should go to the application settings, click the 'Restore' button and log in using the account that you used earlier for the purchase or when entering the code.
