Netatmo cameras are great
I have bought as first one camera Netatmo Presence. This was really great purchase. After that I decided to buy another two outdoor cameras and also Netatmo Welcome as a complete security items. Now I thinking to by smoke detector. All devices are fully supported by Apple Home Kit and also Security application. Fully satisfied.
Room for improvement
It would be nice to have more customization options regarding notification areas. F.ex. I’d like to have recordings of people walking in front of my house (in case if someone throws a rock at my window or something like that), but I don’t want to be notified about every single passerby. And I definitely want to be notified if someone really enters my area…
Also, it would be nice to have an option to turn on the “night mode” manually - in Christmas season, because of the lights, the camera thinks it’s bright enough outside to record without it, but it’s not - as the result you can’t see anything on the recordings and many people can walk around unnoticed…
In the past was better
Hi, I’ve been using camera since 2011 and have no problem at all, but… previous app was a bit hard to use but always data was refreshed - after last update I got messages about movements but when I was looking it on timeline it hav been shown only entries till yesterday. Have close app, open again and almost all the time it helps.
Application itself looks more modern and it’s true but for 5 stars please fix this strange behaviour …
