Customer support is crap

I bought Houdini many years ago, before it was a subscription service. I paid for it and have not used for some time.

Recently I needed to transfer my playlists from one serivce to another and I noticed there is a subscription now. I found out on your page that in case I provide print screen from App Store that I bought it before, I can be given lifetime subscription, which is something I paid for in 2018.

So I sent email to your support address, I attached print screen from App Store and… nothing happened. After several days, I followed up with the email and once again few days after. So far after the email I sent on 15th February 2022, there is no answer (it is March 7th 2022 today). I really was not expecting such bad support for the nice product. I must say the best product will NOT defend in case of bad support.

Really sad to see it.
