Disappointing experience of sprocket product
Due to the persistent connectivity issues between two phones configured to use this device, the app is useless and instead of being fun is causing anxiety and frustration

Hi Mikomal, sorry for your frustration and delay in response. We have been busy fixing bugs, improving print quality and creating fun new content. Please ensure you update your Sprocket app to the latest version (2.50) and that the printer has the latest firmware. Please let us know if you are still experiencing the connectivity issues after the updates, or if this helped the issues.
The worst investment ever
Totally useless printer. Sprocket is not able to print any shades of gray. Instead of grays it returns pinks. So first don’t buy sprocket than you won’t need this app.
