I lost VIP acces.

I bought live-time access a few months ago and recently I had to reinstall my iPhone. After I reinstalled my iPhone, the app appeared in basic version. I don’t remember login and password.
The only one thing which I remember is my e-mail whichI used for registration.

I Wrote You an email - nobody had me answered :/ lost my test, progress, everything :(

I feel cheated

I bought the app 1 year plus ago and I paid for lifetime access. This year the app was upgraded and despite having vip member status I need to pay again to get access to new features that the app offers now.
