Your houseplants will love this app. Simply tell Planta a location (living room, kitchen, office) and how much light the area gets and the app will recommend the plants most likely to survive there. Maybe a pothos for shady spots, a moth orchid for sunnier ones. With Planta, you can turn your home into a horticultural haven.

It’s great at reminding me not to kill my plants. I love that it asks you for detail like amount of light and distance from the window, it also is connected to the weather. My plants have grown so much with this app. The user interface is very satisfying and simple. 100% recommend !!!

Love the outcome, byt dread the app performance

I adore what this app does. Finally I am able to care for my plants like they want to be cared for without taking to much of my headspace since I don’t have to plan the care schedule myself - I love that! The tips for each task are fantastic too.
But there’s one thing that’s driving me nuts and it’s app’s performance. I get it, I have an older phone (iPhone 8) with low battery capacity, but completing the progress update tasks for my 35 plants should not take 90 minutes and should not consume 1% of my battery per minute. With this particular type of task the app works so slowly that 80% of the time I spend with the app is just staring at the screen waiting for the app to respond. I wish performance was better :(
