Useless, unintitive
One of the most useless, unhelpful and unintuitive shopping apps I have ever had the displeasure of using. It reflects the complete uselessness of the IKEA website. I basically stopped shopping at IKEA because of the the app and the website. Searching and browsing is an exercise in frustration on both. I live in Poland and the Paczkomat and in-person pickup at the store, that are advertised in the store, are never available in the app. Only courier delivery is available. The entire team who designed the app and the website needs to be let go and everything needs to be redone from scratch. It's a complete and utter failure as it is. I can't think of a worse online shopping experience.
Don’t buy anything using app
I just paid a lot of money via this app, and after money disappeared from my bank account I got “sorry we can’t process your payment” so now I have no information at all and my order probably will not be delivered my mailbox is empty. If you need something from Ikea i really advise you using a website or other shop with working app. Update I got mail confirming my order but the stress wasn’t worth it. So instead of one star I’ll give it two.
(Not to mention that this app doesn’t even support Apple Pay)
