Amazing online school with tons of classes for everybody
Can’t download classes
I buy my premium subscription from Learnerbly and I don’t know if it’s a matter of that subscription, but throughout two years I experienced double playback, not saved watching progress (while being on home ai-fi) and the worse: I am not able to download any of the classes!!! I know it’s not a quality of Netflix app when it comes to videos and management of offline watching. But this app is soooooo poor

Most features work as they’re supposed to, but the download feature doesn’t work for me, nothing shows up in ‚downloaded’ section, I have to connect to the internet anyway. Other than that it’s great

Indeed we accidentally let an issue with the Downloads feature slip, sorry about that. But this has already been fixed and should be good in the latest version. Could you please try updating to the most recent app version and checking if the issue still persists?
