Bugs?
Hello! I just wanted to say that some days ago I was really trying to enter the game, but it didn’t works like... um.. anyway, when I was downloading patch list and suddenly my phone closed the game. After an hour I tried to enter, but it was loading for much time so I uninstalled the app. I have my main account and after reset I wanted to play. The game sent me obviously a text about log in to my account, but I couldn’t click the button ‘Log in’.
Could you fix it, please? I’m still trying to log, I don’t know if it’s caused by low internet or whatever...
I will be very thankful.

Fix your hitbox system. For example when the hunter is performing a long swing in front of a “vaultable” obstacle that’s being pushed down and it CLEARLY REACHES the survivor ( especially while using the hastur ) it should count as an actual hit instead of a harmless tentacles going through the body as if it was air. Another thing, why don’t you make hunters slightly faster so that more people would play them ? Because it MAY BE annoying when the survivor is simply circling the wall or something and you CAN’T catch up to him, heck, sometimes you’re even no match for a survivor when it comes to speed. Normally I don’t complain unless I feel it’s absolutely necessary, with the current amount of noobs abusing the mentioned issues ... well you see to what I’ve been forced to. One last thing, could you please make the color commands invisible unless you click on somebody’s profile? For example, I named myself Iri and decided to paint my nickname pink so now it looks like this : #PIri
Come on... even a considerably normal nickname looks dumb with it.

Installing problem
I am installing the game becouse i love it but the installing for me takes so so long like i tried to install it yesterday and wait for today and i had 10% its a problem i have right now and i want to install the game faster i tried to unistall many of mine apps and games and nothing is working could u please help me? I want it to install faster so i can play with mu friend she loves that game too. So please help me
