Ads? Come on

The app itself is fair enough, but come on guys, each month I’m paying the subscription and then I have to see the ad about your premium offer? Come on, at least maybe limit it to the accounts without any paid subscription at all. Sometimes, when your kid is waking up 5 seconds really matter 🙃

Absolute idiocy!!!

Upon getting 2 cams, I cannot connect to my internet. It says, “Please connect network cable to the device”. There isn’t any external plug other than the micro sd slot and the power cable slot. I plugged it directly into my router and still it fails to connect to WiFi/Internet. Since IMOU got this from Lechange, it’s been nothing, but bugs and issues and utterly useless. How can you overlook something as simple as an internet connection that seeks ONLY a network cable when not all devices are equipped for anything other than WiFi?! IDIOCY, simply put. Do NOT buy their products they won’t work with this or any other app!!!

Improvement needed

In app there is no option in scenes to turn off sound and light response. So when I’m arriving home I have to switch it off in every camera manually - it’s very annoying (and really simple to develop). In e.g. camera cruiser dual firmware should be fixed because camera record the same quality which is set in app so you cent preview in low quality and set up recording in highest quality.
