Not working
After just few months of good working I can’t use app. The same alert all the time: „connecting to site”. I wonder what I am paying for. Edit: ok, its working now

Dear customer, Most connections and push notifications are now recovered. We are still encountering issues with push notifications on v4 modules. For v4 firmware IP150 modules, please contact your installer to upgrade to the latest 5.2.45 firmware. For PCS modules, we should release a v5 firmware mid-January.

Terrible app, constant issues with access (paid service!)
I chose cloud access (payable service) and recently often have problems logging in with cloud being offline!
App itself is pretty rubbish as well. For example, can’t edit access details (via ip access), icons are too small (waste of space on screen), non intuitive functions.
How hard is it to make a proper simple application? Especially that you already asked all of us to migrate to it from previous app (which was rubbish but possibly bit better than this one).

App from two decades ago!
Looks terrible and offers non-intuitive functions. For example why mandatory pin log-in to app? Just offer possibility to switch it off as after all most mobile phones have their own codes to use. Or at least offer face recognition.
Another - try deactivating alarm with those small icons which take 1/5th of the whole screen (which is empty) or while driving and getting near home to disarm it! A pain!
