ugh i don’t want to sound rude but you should stop deleting fan accounts with no reason. having a fanpage =/= impersonating. people work hard on their accounts. they have friends there. their work is posted there. but one moment and all of that just disappears. i worked on my fan account so hard. i’ve had it for over one year and i had 7 thousands followers. however, i got disabled last week for "impersonating". there are accounts that actually ARE impersonating. there are accounts that post inappropriate stuff. there are bot-accounts. but instagram does nothing about it. although i really like using your app i get very disappointed when i hear about fanpages that got deleted. what can i say- i cried for 2 hours when i noticed that my account has been deleted. and i can’t do anything about it.

Generally I’m satisfied with this application, even if it has some disadvantages, like trashy algorythm, blocking for few days because of big activity. However, there is one specific that irritates me so much - regulations. Simple historical post (non-political) can be suddenly delete because of swastika, or just names like „hitler” or „Himmler”. It is really problematic for historical accounts and people who draw historical things. But recently I found situation, when some girl was litteraly threatening other on her insta story, also published there her photoshoped photos with swastikas, and other nazi symbols, where she was bulliyng her and wishing death, instagram said it’s everything ok. Like, a lot of people (more than 20 in one day) reported her insta story for those symbols and harassment, but they got message like „we don’t see anything wrong with this account”. So when person just wants to teach history - then posts are automatically deleted, but when another person spreads hatred, bully other person and wish death to him/her, then everything’s ok? I don’t understand and this is ridiculous.

I have made multiple accounts for personal reasons. I logged off of the ones i didnt use anymore and forgot about them and only used a specific one. On this one, I really enjoyed scrolling through the short videos similar to the TikTok’s ones. Multiple ones of them had the video really delayed and the sound played normally which made it hard to enjoy them. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app, and it automatically logged me into the accounts i forgot about. I tried to delete them then, but didnt know the password - when creating them for some reason i wasnt asked to create a password, and its needed to confirm it to delete an account. I used the “I forgot the password” option, and it said it would send me a mail, and it didnt. I do not know how to fix both the delayed short videos, and how to delete the accounts. Id love if i received help, i used to love instagram but now it makes me so mad it even made me think about uninstalling permanently and forgetting about it. Please help with my problems. 2 stars rather than 1 because my past experiences from around the year 2020 were positive.
