Finally someone redesigned the whole app!

I used to have the worst experience with using this app but it was the only way I could check how much internet I have left. It was so terrible that I was genuinely trying to switch to the competitor. Today out of sudden I got surprised because the app finally works properly, supports native iOS features and looks 200% better - kudos to the UX people there!

Terrible app

Really terrible application. Everything works slowly and we even do Not know we clicked button or Not - there is not No animation or loading bar. When we add those both things then we have terrible feelings. Additionally if you want just reopen app then you of course can’t select “keep me sign in” or something. You have to open app, click “przejdz do aplikacji”, click “nowy sposob logowania” and finally we can provide our email and password (if someone has difficulty password like me, then if you close application after sign in I even don’t reopen application because it takes me 1 minute).
And I really don’t want rate the design of app.. 2010 comes again to our phones!

Sorry Plus but you are really big company, you have to change this… browser version of iPlus is not better.

Finally redesigned

Finally we got redesigned version of the app. I was truly considering switching to other operator, just because of how terrible the previous version was. Now it looks modern and is fully functional. Good job 👌

Masakra

You guys, I ve been trying to enroll 1500 gb na lata but sms is not coming and it says ask BOK,tried using web site no sms coming. You have updated even app w/o informing clients and it was a quest to get access back because you say you don’t have my PESEL , which you btw have because I ve provided that few years back when you were threatening us to deactivate numbers. But magically it now became my problem! You go to your offices and see ugly faces on ur representatives and absolute incompetence and no intelligence together with no respect. So sickening really , why the heck you can’t do it in adequate way

Poor choices. Requires to provide email address

Now app requires me to create account with revealing email address and the add phone number that now requires access to the card to get received message on the router that is a few hundred kilometers away from me. That is unwelcome change. Maybe previous version of the app was not the best looking by at least if didn’t force me to pass my email nor physical access to the card to manage it.

Update

+ Works better than previous versions, not crashing constantly. Not obvious navigation. UI/UX is terrible. Take a look at Orange app.
- Linked numbers removed. I need this functionality

Very bad user experience

This app is handling authentication in very weird and bad way. Some buttons (login screen) are not working and there is no explanation why. When I was trying to switch between numbers I got message “wrong email or password”.
In general can’t recommend this app. Should be rewritten or instead of creating app, they should use webpage as mobile app…

Terrible app

The “Logowanie bez hasła” does not work. The loading animation appears for few seconds, then disappears and nothing else happens. It doesn’t even inform you if there was some error on user side or something wrong on the server. Terrible user experience. I was in T-Mobile before and the comparison of the apps puts you in bad light. I’m regretting transferring to this operator.

Not usable. Look for another carrier

The app isn’t usable. Buttons without hit boxes, terrible design, UI is a jump back to 2000s. In addition, the Web Page of the account isn’t mobile-optimized and you get just a desktop page. If you want to call abroad - forget it, there’s no any offers for such calls. The list can go on…

This app is trafić

The app is terrible. It looks like it was pulled straight from 2010. Some buttons simply don't work, like the '’Logowanie bez hasła.' The lack of animations confirming actions, such as clicks or selected options, gives a dreadful impression. The absence of the option to stay logged in or use biometric login is something unimaginable in today's times. Something nightmarish.
