Opis

Iris and the Giant is a fusion of a collectible card game with RPG and roguelike elements. You play as Iris, who must brave her fears in her imaginary world. Behind the game's unique minimalist art style players will explore a touching story of a young woman facing her inner demons and soothing the raging giant inside.

Build your deck: With every encounter, unlock new cards and earn points to boost Iris. Each attempt makes you stronger, and lets you go further!

A great little card rougelite

A unique idea here mechanically is that after you play a card, it’s lost forever (with some rare exceptions), so you just go through the levels constantly adding cards to your deck and burning through them like there is no tomorrow, what fun! The story doesn’t get in the way but it’s really, really well done, I almost cried at the end. That said, the game is rather short, it took me literally five runs to complete it, but then it unlocked the nightmare mode, so it would seem there is plenty replayability, especially if you want to collect everything (which I haven’t yet).
