Customer Zone, which is a place where all the information about your reservation is collected, such as:

Needs better iPhone X support
The app is pretty nice, but needs more polish on the iPhone X - the bar at the top sometimes doesn’t fit all the text it contains, as it sticks to the top of the screen and not the bottom of the notch.
Images resize in a weird way, you can’t tap them because it will force them to fill screen either horizontally or vertically which turns them into a blurry mess and cuts out most of their content. Luckily you can swipe and see different pictures without going into full screen mode.
Other than the spotty iPhone X support I see no issues, the app is great.

Warning
Please be careful when using this application, especially in conjunction with itaka smart. In my case it did not work entirely. Using this application you are risking to be left alone in foreign country with no support. In response for partial refund I received answer that it is normal and is not a basis for compensation.
