I can’t open the game

I have purchased the game too. Actually I have purchase it twice. One time on my TV and one on my Ipad. On TV it’s working very good but on Ipad.. not excactly. My Ipad is working good but I can’t open this game on it. I was trying to open the game many times but it didn’t work. Anyways as I can see on my TV the game has got a lots of good music and it’s a awesome game.

Great when it works

The game was great and I loved the fact that I could play without a console, however the app often is stuck on the loading page and doesn’t even open. I purchased the yearly subscription and have not been able to play for over two months now, apparently the developers are aware of the situation and are trying to fix it (according to the support team at ubisoft), but so far it’s kind of a waste of money, since the game doesn’t work on iOS

I have paid for the game (1 year subscription) but cannot use the game

I have just purchased the game. Got the confirmation that my card was charged but the game is not available. I have restarted mobile and every time I enter the game I am directed to the payment section... how is that possible?
