Dissapointed

Good application, I have used it for almost 5 years on number of devices and systems. The licensing model control application is not always working properly requesting you to add additional subscriptions even if your number of used devices is not exceeding limit. In case you have licence for additional devices and you base license ‘expires’ all your subscriptions stop to work and customer service can not do anything with this. In general management of licences shall be improved and more clear.

That is not the expected behavior.
VPN Unlimited service allows the use of up to 5 different devices (this includes different system users inside an OS and different web browsers in case of using a VPN Unlimited web extension) for each particular account. Device gets into the database on your account the moment you use it with your credentials, and it stays there until manually removed. Please note that device may duplicate itself after firmware/software update or hard reset. We were unable to locate your support ticket by your username "BNow5", please specify the number of your support ticket via DM to our Facebook or Twitter pages, and we will go from there.
