App would log off constantly for some time, now it’s ok. 4 starts because of limited functionality for ICE cars and mediocre UI design. It’s alright

Not working at all

After last update the app is not working. There is info that features are limited because of system error. I wonder why there is access to open/close car without any password check. Maybe you should focus on core of the app instead of another set of ads. I also wonder why your store offers me features that are not available for my car. The app knows what car I have. It shouldn’t be hard to connect it to appropriate offers.

New look, but some useful features from the old app are missing …

In the old app I was able to check odometer (total mileage) under vehicle diagnosis plus mileage and driving time for each day of the month … it looks it is missing in the new app. But there are plenty new feature which at the moment I don’t find useful …

Thank you for your valuable feedback. The vehicle report with individual trip details can be found by going to Vehicle > Vehicle Report at the bottom right. You can view monthly, daily, and trip-based information. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant team and reviewed for future improvements.
Refreshing data every half hour?

The interface has improved, but unfortunately, with the introduction of the new app, the data refresh rate, for example, for the vehicle's state of charge, has been reduced. The app is useless when charging the vehicle on a longer trip. The charging session is usually shorter than the data refresh frequency in the program. Therefore, I use the old Kia Connect to be able to monitor the battery status.
