1. When we moved fast enough, we could line up several match-threes to unleash a potent combo that annihilated enemies.
General overview
Game is okay, lately they managed to finally make decks from previous events matter enough in new events, so that when you invest in one favorite deck, it is useful for many months onwards. That was my favourite change over the years.
Very happy the pvp was taken down, probably for longterm tweaking, as it was frustrating.
The main attraction of this game, for me, is the massive amount of beautiful art and for this alone I pay money - to support the artists and stay excited every week for new cards. It inspires me with new ideas to draw and to collect screenshots and stare at wonderful animations.
The game’s mechanics are nice enough with many variables to not be too boring as you plan out special bosses with your guild or newly expanded deck slots to try out new strategies, although repetetive grinding of same boss over and over gets tiresome - legend trials especially.
Game is free to play indeed, lets you collect gems for weeks to invest in one good deck and max it out. If you pay, you get to do that every week. The gem price is really expensive for many European countries without Euro currency, be aware of that.
What I dislike is self-insertion of the dev team as part of lore and joke events. I come here for beautiful art and fantasy world, they way they portray themselves is offputting to me.
