What’s the point of this app?
The app is unintuitive and lacks of functions. You can't do grocery shopping, scan items and pay for purchases without going to the checkout. I thought at least it would offer an e-receipt instead of a paper one, but unfortunately, it doesn't. The app needs a lot of improvements to be useful.
Cannot activate the account
When I click to remind the password I received a text message and then I should get an email. But email delivery takes few days (!!!). When it arrives it cannot be used to confirm the email account. Shame of Lidl IT staff…
I called Lidl helpline but they said it a global issue which could not be addressed by them :(
Login problem
I cant log in permanently, I have to repear this process all the time, which is discouraging.
