Once you check-in, you cannot change your seat or cancel the check-in through the app, you have to go www page; second irritating thing is that the boarding pass added when checking-in with the app, does not have this feature that it pops up on the blocked screen in due time and the card disappears from the active cards once the flight is over. It is still there in the wallet when you double click the side button. When you check-in through www on the phone and add the boarding pass there, it has this feature. This error it has been like that for the last two years at least. Now I discovered it that it is ok when done through www, I thought that this feature is just cancelled. Very irritating.

The LOT Airlines iOS application lacks user-friendliness, making even simple tasks challenging. For instance, checking a flight requires locating the reference number and inputting personal data, instead of simply selecting the flight from upcoming flights. Furthermore, although the app saves the frequent flyer card, users can't utilize it during check-in; they must manually copy and paste the number, which is presented as an image. This inconvenience necessitates taking a screenshot of the card and retyping the information every time. Enhancements in these areas would greatly improve the user experience.
When user buys a flight although loged in, all the information must be entered manually on mobile phone.

The app still lacks a lot compared to other competitors:
1. Tickets booked from the app should be immediately visible. Here, unfortunately, they have to be added manually by pasting in the booking number and name - annoying.
2. No possibility to save and select passengers in the later bookings. Putting in those data takes a bit of time
3. Lack of memorisation of contact details such as telephone number or e-mail address. Data should be filled in automatically at the time of booking
4. Surprisingly, the price of tickets purchased separately for departure and return was lower than purchasing a return ticket…
