Ratings and Reviews
No two-factor authentication
Giving just 1 star due to lack of 2-factor authentication. My previous account was blocked because someone from other country tried to use my account - so I reported him and Zalando blocked my account and didn’t let me to recover my account. I lost whole shopping history, ability to place complains for purchased product.
And would be just enough to implement two factor authentication (app or sms) to avoid taking over accounts.
Login problems
The arms of the programmers who created the login and password recovery process are growing from their asses. These, let me call them people, could not make it user friendly. A customer has to break their backs to restore or create a new password. Hate this. Programmers - you're from a different planet and you have to be given different names just to identify idiots in the crowd by name.
Problem with payments
It happen to me a few times that I could not Pay, then the info about problem appears… and then my basket has change for empty status… my planned shopping is gone and I need to try again… when very often things that I wanted to buy are already gone :(
