Description

What is LPR?

LPR stands for Last Perfect Rep. This programming does require an amount of self-awareness when training, so that the lifter can identify what is a good rep and when the form starts to fall away, but we think this is a good thing and a great habit to get into.

LPR programming is designed to keep powerlifters and all strength athletes in a sweet zone of hard work that pays them back with progress.

In order to access our training programme, you will need to purchase a subscription. If you want to try the app out, you can use it to measure your Last Perfect Rep (LPR) for Squat, Bench and Deadlift. If you create an account, you will be able to view your progress as you get stronger.
