I started with a style book and ended with a monthly 35$ subscription, which was processed not via Apple Store. So it was unpleasant surprise when I saw a translation in a few days after uninstalling the app.
The customer care didn’t respond. 😡

First at all, at the beginning it is well stated that they refund if you don’t like it. They don’t. They state that you clearly agreed to their terms, but there were no terms. I downloaded the app, and after many screens with extra payments, not easy to pass, there is a final offer for 35$, with the only way to get rid of it is to tap „got it”. Surprisingly the app considers it a consent to drain your account for 35$, even though you just payed a trial fee. I emailed them immediatly, and got an answer that I clearly consented to terms, that it is impossible to refund, and that as an exeption they will refund 50%. They did not. I live in EU, and it is against the law to sell without a separate consent to resign of your 14 days resignation policy. The app does none. Beware of giving your cc numbers. Luckily I payed via paypal and was able to cancel the subscription.

This application did not appear in my subscriptions, so I was not aware that I had a trial subscription and that after the end of the trial, funds would be debited from my bank account.
Therefore, this payment does not appear in my payment history and I cannot request a refund. As the company's support reported: in order to cancel the subscription to the application, I needed to send them an email at least 24 hours before the end of the trial subscription. But I didn't know about her!
This app is a scam because this app has many reviews with the same situation as mine. When an application charged money for a subscription that users did not agree to
