The app is great. Straight to the point, shows the information about my prepaid contract right on the main screen.It would be even better if the information about other products would be in English too! Since it isn’t possible to copy them to another app for translation, I have to go on Orange website to check those products are. Anyway, keep the good work Orange team! I am very happy to be your customer in Poland!

I have “everything without limits” package. Using the mobile app, I have paid for 1 year pass. Before the payment, the app is advertising “1TBx2” data amount that you will receive when you buy it. When you pay the money and buy it, you only receive 280GB. And when you complain to both online help and their office, they just say things like “this was an old package, we don’t support it anymore”, “switch the tariff to another one (which means loosing even those 280GB)“, “we cannot help you” etc. Total scum.PS I see developers responded to this review. Instead of offering a solution, they are telling me to “report to customer support”, which I clearly stated I had already done in my review, and trying to sell me even more of their “packages”, for additional money to those that I have already spent.Please stop your misadvertisement, and refund me my money. If you make changes to your product and your app doesn’t support them, it’s not your customers who you took the money from and didn’t deliver the promised service, who should suffer. I already have reported this to all of your customer services, and they did nothing. And I have all the screenshots and video proofs of every interaction and you app. Thank you.

1. Needed to phone support NINE times during installation, because there were errors on every step, and most of the time, support either did not understand, or had no permissions to move it forward.2. You need to receive three codes by sms on the number/device the app is running and enter them fairly quickly, so if you use an iPad, you need to juggle the sim between the ipad and a phone.3. Only portrait orientation, feels inergonomical on an ipad (although, while installed, mostly works).4. Dark theme doesn't cover the whole screen and it might just as well not be there, because the first thing when the app starts, you are flashed with a bright, all white splash screen and white login screen.5. Not possible to see a detailed usage break down other than a summary from the moment of installation until now; my bandwith gets reduced despite me not watching any films or having hotspot on, and I have no idea why.6. If you use English as your language, half of the app is in English and half in Polish.7. Occasionally blocked bugs are introduced, like recently the app behaving on every start up as if it has been only just installed.8. Some other things I don't remember.

I had prepaid plan with Orange PL which I then transferred to Orange Flex with portability of number.The portability happened smoothly as (quoting what Orange Flex said) they are the same company and everything was done online via app. Please note that the original Orange number was purchased in an Orange shop where my personal details were logged by an Orange employee.On August 13rd I tried to change operator and portability request was rejected because of mismatching information regarding my sensitive data, such as Pesel etc. So I contacted Orange Flex to request a correction of my filed information. Orange Flex told me to send an email to have my details amended. I sent an email and the outcome was that I had to contact Orange, as my personal details were transferred from Orange to Orange Flex ( the same wrong sensitive details entered by Orange itself )So I turned to Orange which of course told me that I have to contact Orange Flex.I contacted again Orange Flex which told me again to contact Orange.I am definitely disappointed, offended and tired to be fooled and treated poorly and rudely !We are talking about personal sensitive data which they are playing with.
