My T-Mobile

I’ve expected something better. Many problems with server. Lately something is wrong with app or whole T-Mobile constantly. I hope it’s temporary insanity.
Newer version of app gives more chances to control whole family numbers and options. I like it much. It’s clear and easy to access to all settings and modify those.
But please guys! Keep it work properly!

Outstanding Company

So far my wife and I have had an outstanding experience with T-Mobile. From our local shop who gave us our new phone sims and were really friendly and explaining everything, to the engineers that came quickly and on time to install our WiFi and a consistently high speed. Payment for our service I have just paid online and quickly done on an easily understandable site.

Embarrassed application ever

This application has a lot of bug’s I’m getting a message that I should try login later... I was forced to take a call for changing my roaming and you know what? It seems that only working by the end of the day (I guess when is less of people which they are using the application now)....

After redesigned:

Still couldn’t set a roaming limit. Most embarrassing is that I always have 0mb internet left so I can’t even control my internet limit ... get out with that app

Great app!

T-mobile Poland is one of the best mobile operators in Poland. Very stable connection, good internet speeds and has great coverage through all Poland. The application is very intuitive, easy to use and has English as a secondary language to use if you are like me and don’t speak Polish. As well for customer support they have a dedicated English line. Nothing to complain on the app. One of the best I’ve seen from any operator. Keep up the great work!

It is what it is

All I use the app for is to check my data balance and of course to buy more data haha, but a concerning thing is that the apps notifications are practically useless. It just takes money off of my account without me knowing it’s being used(not notified), you could feature a notification in the app that would inform you of such things. But anyway it is what it is I just learned its better to not leave any credit on your account that way you surely won’t go broke;)

Useless app ever

Tumultuous and difficult to use.!! Unstable and crashing often...

Update: I called T-Mobile help line and call center. And they told me their system was down and that they couldn’t help me co they can’t see my user data. I asked when the system would be operating. They didn’t know. I asked when they could call me. They said they were not going to call me. I asked if they were going to send me an email. They said “we won’t send you any explanation” I asked when they could send me at least an sms. They said they were not going to contact me. That I had to be the one calling AGAIN... completely useless ‘help’ line. THE WORST telecommunications company ever.... period

Problems with payment

The app itself is ok but I can’t make a bank transfer to pay my invoices, which to me is the most important feature of this app. This is why my phone was blocked because I thought I already made payment and it didn’t go through. Very annoying! Tip for PO of the mobile app - don’t ask for feedback in the stores unless you know the app is working well. ;)

Terrible app.

Nothing works in the app. It doesn’t even show me current usage of data. So I have no idea how much data is left. The constant message is: in the process of changing your plan. But I called the BOA and they told me everything was fine, my plan was the 30gb plan and everything was working fine. Well if this is normal then forget it. Impossible to use your phone not knowing when the internet will stop working.

Edit: problem solved itself after 3 weeks.

Looks like work in progress

It's a skeleton of an app, things that are implemented, work fine, but it looks strange, because a lot of sections and options are empty and defunct. I don't know why they're displayed at all. It doesn't fill the user with trust of developers' support! Update: it got better, thus additional star. Everything important works now.

Works with Apple Watch

Only thing missing for me before was T mobile didn’t work with Apple Watch for receiving and making calls in Poland without taking phone with you but after bringing this functionality T mobile became the best one
