I am very disappointed with your customer service in Poland. On November 22nd, I ordered a down jacket for 559 PLN from your website, paying online. After 2 days, I received a notification that the jacket had been shipped, and the order should be fulfilled shortly. Unfortunately, days passed, and the package still hadn't arrived. After a week, I called the helpline and found out there was an issue with the shipment at the warehouse, but it would be resolved, and the package would be sent to me soon. I had to call every day to inquire about my shipment. I waited for 3 weeks, and suddenly, I was informed that the package was lost, and a refund would be issued! Furthermore, it turned out that the jacket had increased in price by 150 PLN, and I was asked to reorder it at the new price! You were very unhelpful in resolving the issue, and I am disappointed that I couldn't purchase the jacket at the initial price. Since you lost my paid shipment, why can't you fulfill the order again instead of issuing a refund and asking me to buy the jacket again at a higher price? I expected some form of compensation, but on the helpline, I was told I am not entitled to anything. Scandal! I am very disappointed in your store.
