Why is the description of the corrections in the following versions in Spanish and not in Polish or at least in English ?
The application is one of the best applications as it is not the best when it comes to simplicity and appearance but also the quality of information. It is not only an online shop but also a fashion guide. Everyday life. It shows and guides you how to find your style. Simply.

Horrible approach to client
Hello,
I am very disappointed with your customer service in Poland. On November 22nd, I ordered a down jacket for 559 PLN from your website, paying online. After 2 days, I received a notification that the jacket had been shipped, and the order should be fulfilled shortly. Unfortunately, days passed, and the package still hadn't arrived. After a week, I called the helpline and found out there was an issue with the shipment at the warehouse, but it would be resolved, and the package would be sent to me soon. I had to call every day to inquire about my shipment. I waited for 3 weeks, and suddenly, I was informed that the package was lost, and a refund would be issued! Furthermore, it turned out that the jacket had increased in price by 150 PLN, and I was asked to reorder it at the new price! You were very unhelpful in resolving the issue, and I am disappointed that I couldn't purchase the jacket at the initial price. Since you lost my paid shipment, why can't you fulfill the order again instead of issuing a refund and asking me to buy the jacket again at a higher price? I expected some form of compensation, but on the helpline, I was told I am not entitled to anything. Scandal! I am very disappointed in your store.

I really enjoy online shopping via massimo app. What i love the most is free delivery and super quick free returns, if needed. I also like i can save my Items for later.
