Ratings and Reviews
Just not useful
This app just isn’t useful. You cannot order to be made at a specific time. When you order while on the way to the restaurant it tells you “make sure you will arrive in 3-5 minutes”; on the spot it turns out there is a long queue and I have to wait 20 mins for my order. I will uninstall it immediately as it does not offer anything useful.
Bugged app, non-existing support
I’ve made a purchase through the app and the restaurant didn’t receive the order. When I explained the situation to the restaurant’s manager, they responded this happens occasionally and I should receive my money back in a day or two. I also immediately wrote an email to the support just in case.
It’s nearly two weeks and I didn’t get my money back nor did the support reply with anything substantial. They’ve only asked me for the confirmation email (really? shouldn’t they have access to order history?) after 3 days and went silent after that.
Great! I love to order from mobile.
Great app. Really useful to order from the phone. One improvement would be good to have is notification about my order. When it’s ready, I would like to receive push notification.
