Works most of the time
I made a mobile order for a small coffee which the restaurant didn't receive though they were nice enough to give it out anyway.
The app could use remembering defaults, like the pickup and payment so I could order in less clicks.
Bugged app, non-existing support
I’ve made a purchase through the app and the restaurant didn’t receive the order. When I explained the situation to the restaurant’s manager, they responded this happens occasionally and I should receive my money back in a day or two. I also immediately wrote an email to the support just in case.
It’s nearly two weeks and I didn’t get my money back nor did the support reply with anything substantial. They’ve only asked me for the confirmation email (really? shouldn’t they have access to order history?) after 3 days and went silent after that.
Great! I love to order from mobile.
Great app. Really useful to order from the phone. One improvement would be good to have is notification about my order. When it’s ready, I would like to receive push notification.
