Medicover App is a mobile version of Medicover OnLine Patient Website. It allows quick searching and making medical appointments in Medicover Centre with doctors of any specialty you need. If you can’t come to an appointment, you can easily postpone or cancel it. And if you have any questions after the appointment, you can ask your doctor by clicking “Ask a question”. You can also check results of your examinations or provide yourself with continuous treatment by ordering prescriptions to chronic medications. Use your data on Medicover OnLine Patient Website to log in to the App. Take on comfort! Apply mobile management of your health.

Inconvenient to reschedule a visit

It’s inconvenient to reschedule a visit. It automatically searches for the same location and doctor, and then when I go to filters, THERE IS NO OPTION TO CHOOSE ‘ANY DOCTOR’. So you have to go through the whole process, and people often search 10 times per day when they need the doctor as there are no appointments quite often.For the same reason, it would be nice to have the last searches saved.I don’t understand this upgrade at all. The interface looks more modern but the functionalities are not better and sometimes even worse (like there is no option ’any doctor’ when you want to reschedule)…..

The issue with the inability to select “any doctor” when rescheduling has been resolved, and this option is now available in the filters. Additionally, on the home page, you can find recently searched specializations, making it easier to revisit your last searches. We’re continuously working on improving the app’s functionality to better meet our users' needs.

The app adds all my appointments to my calendar everytime I open it. I end up with 20 copies of one appointment in my calendar. I cannot reschedule a visit to another location. I cannot exclude specialists from searches. When confirming arrival to an appointment, the app freezes. And so on, and so on. It functions, but barely. I was expecting something more.

With new app I cannot schedule my visit to a doctor! And the function “chat with doctor” is shown as not included to the package, although I used it in previous medicover app. I reported about the issue last week to call centre and on support email (provided a build version, my device OS version), but haven’t got any info from support team when the issue is supposed to be fixed. It’s a shame to release the important app that cannot be used by the users! And not to provide to users at least some estimates when we can expect a working functionality!

Thank you for your feedback. The next field should allow you to select a specialization after choosing the city. If this option is disabled, it seems to be a bug, but we were unable to reproduce it. If the issue persists, please send us more details, including your patient card number, device model, app version, and any specific steps leading to the issue, to self-service@medicover.pl. This will help us investigate and resolve the problem.

The service is very bad. I made an appointment to the dental scaling, and application had only one free slot in Polmedico Medicover Katowice. I tried to find the location of this Polmedico Medicover Clinic, but google search didn’t find anything relevant. Then I called to the Medicover info HotLine to ask about the address, and they sent me to the Polmed centre at Dąbrówka 10, of course it was wrong clinic.Then I went to the nearest Medicover centre at Chorzowska, and they sent me to the Medicover Stomatologia at Żelazna street. At Żelazna nobody knew about my appointment. They just told me that I should go to the Studio Ortodoncji Cyfrowej at Francuska 182. This clinic website doesn’t have any information about Polmed or Medicover services. Google maps also doesn’t show nothing with “Polmedico Katowice”.I disappointed by service level and very angry about this situation and my wasted time and missing procedure.Please, add an address of the clinic in the appointment information and to the facilities list.
