Opis

Memo is a simple and elegant app for quickly jotting down notes on your macOS and iOS.

Memos are like sticky notes on your computer screen (minus the residue). Pop open a new memo in less than a second and use it to jot down phone numbers, messages, meeting notes, or write down ideas before you forget them. You can assign different colors to your memos to visually set them apart. Choose from yellow, red, green, blue, or purple. The Memo app supports rich text in dozens of font families.

Is your computer a shared one, or public space? Create a Memo password and choose the memos you want to lock. Locking a memo keeps it displayed on the screen but hides the content until you unlock it.

Great alternative to native Sticky Notes, however...

The app itself is very laggy. There's no smoothiness when replacing the cards on the desktop which drives me crazy as I have the most expensive Mac specification and want this never happened. Such a shame because I love using stickies and you provide with a lot of nice features native app doesn't have. Please check your app's performance and maybe later I'll consider a premium subscription.

No Sync

After installing on my second computer (logged to the same iCloud) App crashed. It doesn’t synt, create or open any notes at all. Reinstalling doesn’t solve the problem.

SImple and effective

This is very simple and insanely useful app. My workspace is shared between three different Macs and Memo’s iCould sync basically saved my life. I have only two requests that in my opinion would make future versions of Memo absolutely perfect! First, please remove this huge empty space at the top of each note that is only used as a placeholder for two icons. The large margins are unnecessary too! Second, please allow to minimise each note into a tiny narrow bar (to save space if necessary - as macOS Stickies do!). Memos are huge on my small 12 inch screen, where every pixel counts! IMHO those two changes would make Memo true 5-star in its category! Best!
