Description
Mevo is the bikesharing service offered.
A real public transport service that can be used for all your journeys.
The fleet is composed of several hundred mechanical bikes. Use the application to find the nearest station, choose your subscription and unlock the bike of your choice by scanning its QR Code.
You can ride for up to two consecutive hours.
You can save your trips into the Apple Health app so you'll get credited for the effort, if you're into that kind of thing. Give Health access via the account view within the app.

App - yes Customer service - No
People that are responsible for user expierience ale presumably doing forced labour, trying to get simplest info is not easy and when the question is harder than usual they reply with the same scripted answer simple we don’t know would be better. And my best memory of it “message was read” but no reply since I provided screenshot and gone further into the topic and the answer arrived after 2 hours with the same scripted reply. Bad customer service

Good rides. Terrible app functionality.
Bikes work as intended. However couldn’t lock it. I struggled with it for almost half an hour when I finally gave up. In the mean time I tried to reach customer service, well in the time of working call line. But they never picked up. Neither does the chat option because apparently 7pm is too late for anyone to be there. That’s why the 3 stars.
