Unreliable app

Could not pair G2H camera Hub with this app despite app showing that it found it and sent WiFi network info to the camera. Tried multiple times. Tried changing regions etc. nothing helped, same device was paired ok with Aqara Home App. Second device I tried to pair was Aqara curtain motor A1 since I could not pair with Aqara Home app I synched it with Mi Home yet I get error messages every 3-5 times I hit open or close. Error message reads Operation failed. App is unreliable. This app feels like a prototype not thoroughly tested production ready app. I bought several Aqara devices to play with it and see if I would want to use this for my home automation. I don’t think I would. I’ll cross check if devices themselves work well with other open source hubs like Home Assistants to determine if troubles are due to the app or Aqara devices themselves.

Where’s English translation?

App used to had all the description in AppStore in English and all the descriptions what’s new in update where in English but it changed suddenly and everything is now in Chinese. I don’t know Chinese, can’t read those symbols, text is not copyable so I can’t use translator. Developer doesn’t provide other version of app that would be in English. Give me back descriptions that I and most of the world can understand.

Doesn’t detect people

I’ve got two cameras and 7days cloud subscription. One on the cameras works fine, but the other one is recording only few seconds every 10 minutes. I’ve made some tests literally dancing in front of the camera and it doesnt detect people anymore! It used to work fine - recorded every movement and additionaly every 10 minutes even if nothing happend. But now there is NOTHING in between. I’ve changed alerts to 3 minutes but still it is the same - only 6-9 seconds of a video. It used to record almost all day with few pauses and videos were like 15 minutes long. Why the other one works fine, when all of the settings are the same?
